Yes it was a Saugeye.....oops did I post it in the wroung spot I did not weigh it, but I'm guessing 8#.

At first I thought I had a record sauger....... then I seen the white tip and took a closer look.

Well Hotpocket and myself teamed up to day and this was the outcome.

Water temps were the same at 45.5

Pitching plastics was working well.

Nice fish boys! I got a few tonight. One nice one threw the hook and flopped back in the water after i got it on shore. All were about the same size. Always a good feeling when 4 other guys are fishing right next to you and you are the only one getting fish!

Alot of fish today, but nothing big. Pureinsanity sounds like that spot is getting fished hard now...

Jake, it is. Last two times I was out there I have seen the same guys. However, It's getting fished hard, but they are not catching any! When I was there I was the only one catching fish. So depends on the day I guess. You should let me know next time you head down there.. Id try to meet up with you if you'd like
