thanks everyone, i have only had my dslr for about a year but have really enjoyed it, just wish good glass was so expensive! Doesn't seem like there are to many other nikon shooters here.

My buddies pictured have the ice armor suits, I joined the artic ice legion this year and can't believe i used my carharts for as long as i did!

Tweeder, doesn't really matter which brand you shoot, you can take good pictures with any of them, Nikon, Canon, Pentax, Sony, Minolta, etc! The person pushing the shutter has quite a bit to say about how well everything turns out.

I totally agree, I love my Nikon and wasn't implying its not good (even though its entry level) just stating an observation. I guess i'll just have to get out and keep shooting to represent!
