Wow what happen to the Tigers? Are they going to be the White Sox of 07? They are even getting beat, by the White Sox! How bad is that? grin.gif Looks like the Twins may have a chance to be better then another team this year.

Wandering,

I think you will hear from the Kitties sometime this year. They are down a few players right now, Granderson and Sheffield, but that lineup will leave a stain in the shorts of most pitchers in the MLB! Glad my boys could outpound the Kitties today, AJ had 3 doubles and a dinger for 5 RBI, I know that all the Twinkie fans will be glad to hear that!

Ya I am not writing off that line up at all! Just thought I could get in a little Sox bashing, and rub it in to some Tiger fans (if there is any) grin.gif. You cant write off the Tigers, just like you cant write off the Twins! Its only been 4 games, and there is enough games remaining that any team can turn it around! Like 158 or so grin.gif

I can't wait till the Twins play the Sox and AJ is behind the plate with Gomez on 1B. Catchers' indifference???? AJ couldn't throw out Gomez with a pitchout and Gomez standing on 1B.

Then again-- it might not matter with the Twins starting pitching.

Just a gut-- both the Twins and Sox in heated battle for last-- KC is the real deal.

If Gomez was tying his shoe first then running -- AJ would have a small shot of getting him.

Man Go-go is exciting to watch. Gotta like that smoking hot double to the gap last night.

He just about walked into second base. Can't wait to see him start hitting a few triples. Man can he fly.

When you look at their lineup, you just can't help thinking they could just as easily run off 15 straight wins. 15-5 would still be pretty good??? The Tigers finishing in last place is aobut as likely as the Royals finishing in first.

This division is all messed up so far. Royals sweep Detroit than lose 2 of 3 to the 1-3 Twins (at the time)Chicago takes care of business in Detroit as well. So now we've got an interesting almost backwards standings. Royals and Chicago tied for first with Cleveland, Twins, Detroit behind. Tigers are already 4 games back LOL!

Hope the Twins can hand the Whitesox a few Losses!

Compared to what we've been faced with the last couple days, 56 and sunny sounds great. grin.gif

Just don't be too depressed when Blackburn kicks your ***. whistle.gif

That is a distinct possibility DonBo. We shall see. Our guys won't get cheated, they will take their hacks. I think that Hernandez will give us more problems with that junk he throws up there. We did OK yesterday with Verlander's 100 mph stuff, don't you think?

Bla, Bla, Bla. grin.gif

Seriously, I think you will have a better team this year than last. (not that that is saying much) IMO, Swisher was a good pick up for you guys.

As for Hernandez, wait till your guys try hackin' away at that 59 mph curve ball.

P.S. Twins are still up 3-2.
