A nice sight indeed. 2 weeks ago, coming home from Lake of the Woods, if I had been 5 seconds further down the road, it would have be 1 MN Bull Elk vs. 1 '05 GMC Pickup and it wouldn't have been pretty, he was a biggun!

Thanks for taking me back to my December hunt up there. Nice photos. I had the 7x7 60 yards broadside from me. Only a cow tag, but man that was an awesome site to see.

Very cool.I am gonna have to talk to my cousin, who is the deputy sheriff for Marshall County stationed in Grygla, about the local elk population.
