best baitcast reel under 120.00?

any input would be appreciated. I am considering giving a baitcaster a try and would like to limit myself to under 120.00 any suggestions?

You will never go wrong with Shimano! It kinda depends on what you will be using it for. I own 7-8 abu garcias and they are top notch for reels on the heavey side, and would be my reccomendation for a first baicaster [if this is the case]. In addition to the Shimanos I also have a Cabelas prodegy low profile. It is sweet, I bought it for about $100, but they were on sale last time I looked.

For a 1st bait caster, go with an Abu C4 spooled with braid. Once you get that down you can get a nice low profile and then another, and another, and another ....

I own nothing but Shimano's, and never have any problems. They get used pretty hard all year! 2 Curados and a Calcutta. If interested in a used one to try out, let me know. I will cut you a good deal.
