schweady
I went to see Tony O on the Caravan in Detroit Lakes and picked up the Winter Edition of the Twins schedule. One good thing that came out of the WCCO/KSTP fiasco was somebody finally had the brains to print the radio affiliates listing right in the schedule. blue_healer_guy
I was kinda worried about overall coverage, but that list looks decent.
schweady
Yeah, it's pretty much the same lineup as last year, just KSTP instead of 'CCO.
BLACKJACK
Thanks for the list!! The problem with the swap from WCCO to KSTP is that now you're not getting the preseason hype, the interviews with John Gordon/Terry Ryan etc. unless you specifically go over to that KSTP station and listen to them on a regular basis. I know thats what they're hoping but I like the Good Neighbor, my radio is either tuned to it or an FM rock and roll station.
knoppers
I wasn't worried about outstate at the cabin this year, but what worries me is the local broadcast. I work nights, so I listen to the week games at work, and wcco is the only AM station I can get in the shop. I may no longer be able to listen to the games at work. fishinchicks
Our house is excited - our local radio station will be able to carry the games again. They haven't been able to carry them for a long time, so we have had to suffer with static filled games.
