If you could live anywhere in SD where would it be?

I would have to say Pierre followed closly by the Webster area. Arlington was not too shabby either.

I really enjoy living in Madison! Close enough to make a SF run if we need to, yet I have hunting and fishing right out my door step. Poinsett 35 miles, Thompson 35, 81 ponds 18 miles, Sinai 25, Herman 1, Madison 2, Brant 15, Diamond 12...

sioux falls is too far from any decent lakes to fish. I would love to just be able to hop in the truck and in 15 minutes be at a quality fishing lake.

Best place would have to be some place where your close to the river but have your prime hunting spots close. Thats alot of options! Gotta love it.

I really like Brookings, but I have to say around Webster being that there is fewer people and a lot of water to hunt and fish!!!

Best place in South Dakota to live is Webster. I've been living here all my life. We have the best hunting and fishing around. There's always something to go out and do.

If we didn't have to have that fishing factor, i would have to say the Hills. How can you beat them. I am from the Chisago Lakes area but decided to go to school at BH and am loving it. Definately picking up some new hobbies, although i need to learn to fly fish, spinners just aren't cutting it.

Great day on Saturday! One mallard, two grouse, a limit of walleyes and home by 4 pm for wife's chore list! Great time with a friend and snacks at Dan's grocery :-) All in Eden SD Area
