Bear zone- where do you hunt

Recommended Posts

Hey Dee, has the DNR said anything to you for using non-degradeable nylon rope? We switched to Twine type last year but are going to try just pits this year. What do you hang yours in? We used gunny sacks but they are going to nylon to and the good ones are hard to find or add up. How close to Ball Bluff are you?

Zone 26, my first year bear hunting and i read the zone map wrong and thought the spot i had picked out was in 26, but it is actually in zone 41. So now i have to go find a spot to hunt in 26.

If the CO wanted to they could get you get you for it since it isn't bio-degradable. I went to a bear clinic and the question was asked that is why we went to twine. My brothers in-laws have a cabin on Ball bluff. I tried convincing my brother to hunt bear upthere but he isn't it into bear.
