Fishdeer
Is there a way to avoid catching bullheads while lindy rigging ?
nofishfisherman
When I start catching bullheads I just move to a different location. Always seems to me that when you start catching bullheads the walleye get pretty scarce.
ASMOLEY
Bullheads and Walleyes will eat the same thing so it's unavoidable. I would get a fish handling glove there great for bullheads and cleaning any fish.
DTro
hmm.....that's funny, because when I'm not catching bullheads (for bait) and catching walleyes instead, I'll also move.
Ralph Wiggum
LOL, you beat me to it, dtro Sometimes, you can't keep those pesky walleyes off of your line
Borch
I wouldn't move. Bullheads are a major forage fish for walleyes in waters that the two share. If you live baiting it's unavoidable. If you want to limit the number of bullheads start casting or trolling cranks. You'll still catch a few bullheads but not nearly as many and the eyes hit cranks pretty good most times.
