Bobby Bass
What is your perfect weather day for fishing? Do you have a weather day where you drop everything to get on the water? Mine is a warm. Humid afternoon right before rain. When you are on the water and it is dead calm looking like glass that is the time that I look for a good top water bite for Northerners and of course bass. Right up to when it starts to rain although I have had more then a few times where the threat of rain is there and it goes right by or around you with out a drop. Some great fishing then. Captain B.R.K
My perfect day of fishing is any day on the water! But there are times better than others and those times are when the sun is out or partly sunny and the temps are in the 80's with no humidity and a slight breeze! That humidity stuff kills me! DTro
As others have said, any day is good. Having said that, my favorite is a humid, overcast, and calm, perhaps a very light rain. If the conditions are like that, it's very tough to be at work.To me the overcast is a big one. I truly hate the sun beating down on me when fishing, maybe that's the real reason I enjoy night fishing the kitties.

cluelessfisherman
I like hot humid days with scattered storms. It just gives me a thrill. There is a sense of urgency in the fishing - especially when you hear that distant rumble of thunder and you can smell the moisture coming with the rain.
