Unless the color is screwed up, the tag on the deer is green, so it's not Minnesota.

I got an email on that one too.

The tag looks yellow, but it almost has a green tint by the looks of it. And its attached by electrical tape. Ha!

The claim was that it was near Mondovi, WI.

HOLY SMOKES! Mondovi isn't that far from Durand either. That's BIG buck country!!!

The Wisc. deer tags are a kind of a flourescant lime green this year just like it shows. Ugly color, but it shows up!

I wonder what the measurements are and even more how much did it weigh? I shot a buck this fall that went Est. 225-250 dress and this buck makes mine look like a fawn. I'm gonna guess it's in the 350lbs range. That thing looks like a Bull with antlers.

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to hold steady if I saw those bucks.

The bow kill pics posted by MN Mike are indeed from Buffalo Co as well. The guys name is Bill Remington, he runs an outfitting business out of Mondovi. Those pics are from his HSOforum. Supposedly gross scores around 205 but I think the deductions will kill the final score. Truly a monster regardless of score. He shot it at about 8 yrds. Also, there was no EAB this past year.

I noticed Ontario uses the same color ( bright yellow/greeen ) tags but no matter where its shot. Still a nice buck!
