Awesome....I have 8 yr. old twins! Boy and girl....I remarried to a gal 12 years my jr.....she made me promise I'd have at least 1 child with her.....I had 4 from my previous marriage....I reluctantly agreed and wala...:)...all I can say is you'll probably live through it..:) My kids are super, but they are making me an old man quicker than I would like.....Good luck buddy!

Do you still find time to enjoy the outdoors? The twins are only 9 weeks old right now, but I got to get out quite a bit. I was a little concerned at first, but my wife has been great.

Nice to hear from someone that went through it and survived.

outdoor what??? lol....yup, I sure do....but 90% of the time the only way to enjoy the outdoors is with the kids...I love it but a guy's got to have some time alone....ain't been much of that frown.gif like you said....your gonna keep em.....

I had the boy out last weekend to deer hunt with me....he was noisy even when he was sitting still..haha....it was a beautiful day and nothing was moving anyway so we walked most of the afternoon and I educated him on things like....deer [PoorWordUsage], scrapes, rubs....we had a blast...

The real challenge will be finding time for you and mommy!!

Hopefully you two are spontaneous and can seize the opportunity when you get one....we started making out in the most unusual places wink.gif....I will probably write a book one day!

Its funny, your twins picture looks very similar to ours when they were a few weeks old....c-section...4 lbs. and 4 lbs. 10 oz...After the "twin" thing wore off( they hardly look alike anymore)it was just like having 2 kids the same age, so it's a big job!!! But, those two will freak you out when they start to communicate(I swear it gives me the willy's how they think and feel together) you know its a special bond unlike any other...They will probably learn to talk later than usual, which is normal, cuz they will understand each others "babytalk" even though we didn't...If they have a sibling who understands, why do I need to pronounce??

I don't want to write a book, but, my older son lost his roommate in a car accident last month and his roommate had an identical twin that also lived with them...When work called looking for the 1 that was supposed to be making a delivery, the others said they would check it out and go look for him. My son said the other twin(on the way to find his brother) told him he had a strong feeling his twin had just died and that he had been in an accident with a black vehicle. The buddies said shut up man, your nuts ....5 minutes later they all came up on a bad accident...It was his twin brother, had just been broadsided and killed by a black SUV....I kid you not...its freaky....

at any rate....they are very special and you are very lucky, so suck em up....I don't know if you are interested, but there are a few twin websites for much more info on raising twins, schooling, developement(whats normal and so on) so when you have ???'s, there is alot of help out there

sorry I got so long winded, but enjoy those babies!!!

frummybear: In your pic line, there was a question mark, an equal sign and a bunch of numbers after the .jpg. They should not have been there, and that's why your image didn't show. There should be nothing between the .jpg and the [/image]

So I removed them and now the pic posts.
