I have a 6 X 10 permanent fish house for sale. It is on runners. 4 holes. 1 1/2 inch styrofoam insulation in the walls and a total of about 3 inches in the ceiling. New carpet. Newer Nu way vented propane heater with a long hose that goes outside the house to hook up to a tank. Tin roof. 12 volt lights (4). two sliding windows. Exterior is painted plywood. Construction is 2 X 2, 16 inches on center. the roof is pitched and made of trusses. this house is very solid. This is a great house that stays toasty warm in the coldest weather. I'm only selling it to get a shack on wheels to make it easier to fish with my daughter along. I have caught more fish than i can count out of this house. It does have a locking latch on the door, although I never used it. I do have a key for it. I have heavy duty hardward mounted to the front to assist in loading it on a trailer or pulling it on the ice. House is located near Glencoe, MN. Asking $400/or best offer. I should've mentioned this before, but forgot...I'll deliver the house locally for free, and if whoever buys it doesn't have a place to keep it in the summer, you can store it here too.

I've sent picts to everyone who requested them, more can be taken and sent too. thanks to everyone for looking. Hoping to be on the lake with the portable this weekend, we'll see what mother nature says about that.
