Green Lake by Spicer.

If anyone is going there to fish watch out for the big friggen hole in the lake! 

It's where they cut the ice blocks out of for the St Paul winter carnival.

So if I fish Green lake and have water in my live well, or bait containers I get a ticket, but they can transport that frozen water to the cities? That's ok huh?!!

Well a point.  But, not a good one as it's not going back in another lake!!

Doesn't matter. Chances are neither will the water in live well. And how do you know it's not???

Well Green lake is listed as an infestid water and the river is also listed as infested so whats the problem?

Well just for the sake of the discussion or argument, I don't believe the AIS law allows for transfer of water from one infested lake to another.

most all of St. Pauls storm drains are marked that they drain to a lake or river. At least all of them in my neighborhood are.
