No need to be sorry, leech. Humor is how I deal with it. If others don't like it, tough. It got me thru THIS holiday season. Sorta. Sometimes ya feel like punchin' somebodys' lights out. But that's MY problem. When I feel like that, I go help  somewhere during the holidays.

Do some little random acts, like just watching people in a store or somewhere, and when I see they could use a little help, help 'em out as best as I can afford. I love doing that.  Did that to two at walmart the other day. I'm scraping by myself some months, but you can usually find enough to help a bit. Doesn't take much sometimes. Often a little chat works wonders.

I help serve the holiday dinners at the Salvation Army, done that for may years. Had to skip this year, legs wouldn't allow it. But, I also get to eat a dinner that way, and I enjoy sitting, eating, and talking with these folks. They're no different than you or me...some could be me.Isn't that the true meaning of the holidays? It is to me. Surprise, surprise.

yes we do some of that sort of thing too, but we got donations from people at church 1 year ago and we able to donate turkeys ans hams for both t-day and xmas. (14 of them last year!)  had left over money this year and did again, but with the church help this time.  plus where I'm at they would like me to help at the senior center, oh wait I am one of them!!  oh well if I or we can help its always great!!

 

it's another day in paradise, sometimes paradise is lost, but it's still my world!!!

 

just to yap sometimes on here really goes along way, and I mean each and everyone on these sites.

 

I love the banter we all can have with all each other 

 

ps the church has only about 20 to 25 people, that's what I like!!

 

and Reb try to be nice to leech and smurpy too!!
