How could I almost forget one of my favorite days??? It's tomorrow, guys! (ya, I changed this, thought it was today...d'oh!) Snuck right up on me, and I've got ribs thawing out....$#@!  Dang it!! Get ready!! What are you cooking up for the day? Anything special? I have the ribs thawed and melding with my rib rub, ready to be smoked....I ) Maybe I'll do pulled pork burrito's with chiles...hmmmm.  So, lets see some good Mexican foods, guys...tomorrow's the day!
