We had T-bones tonight.  I was really craving real meat today.  Not lookin to gain weight but on weekends all bets are off.  good luck.

Stuffed a backstrap for Christmas Eve dinner and it turned out fantastic. Add some small shrimp and scallops and that’s a good night. Let the kids choose the sides and they chose hash browns.

ugh...I made spaghetti with meat sauce last night.  As we ate it I stated it was a little bland.  My son said, "this is terrible."  He was right.  We laughed and they started calling me Boar.

I went on an early mission this am to Cub hoping RH's tip on the T Bones was coming out early but no cigar.  I wanted to pick through and get the most porterhouse looking ones.   Picked up a Sirloin Tip Roast for a change of pace.  Browned it on the three biggest sides and threw it in oven at 250 for an hour and then will probe it and see what's my next move.  Will post a photo of it, shooting for medium rare.

Heading out bobbers way again tonight for a hockey game.  Seems all our games have been on the road lately.  Eagan at 830pm.  Good to know the beginner drivers are being well coached by their dads at 430am out that way and not at night.  I'm still laughing about that one Bobber.    

Belle is ready to do something.
