leechlake
eyeguy,I don't think it is a forum policy violation to do what you're doing but it should be. Most guys on here are "working" otherwise known as getting paid to tinker around on HSO/FM whatever we are on. You send a post stating you aren't fishing today which first implies/admits that's what you do most days. On your "day off" you then tease us with pictures of smoked fish and you also then "stick it" to us that the fish is now just skin and bones.I'm just guessing and am not asking for you to admit it but I think you've got some Coccunut Ale or some sort of beer that you moved out of the picture. I don't mean to sound like a four year old but "it's not fair!"

eyeguy 54
as I told my kids years ago... if life was fair you would be living in a grass hut in africa with no tv. diet mountain dew today. JP Z
Where'd you get the Tullies? That's the important question, next one is why don't you try that with some Chain kittys and let us know

monstermoose78
A fish that I liked smoked was Crappies. Before everyone knew about the crappies in red I had friend in College who lived there and he would bring back smoked crappies so good. leechlake
yeah Moose when I was a kid my dad smoked sunnies. He'd scale them and he didn't have a smoker at first so he'd take some column type concrete blocks and arrange some racks between blocks and smoke them. You'd have to work a bit to get the meat but for some reason it made it taste even better. Tiny little morsels of goodness.
pikestabber
Smoked cats are excellent! Actually, I have yet to smoke a fish I don't like... They might require a little different treatment based on oil content, etc., but I've successfully smoked crappies, walleyes, bluegills, pike, bullheads, catfish, suckers, whitefish, tullibees, sturgeon, and trout. All have their merits!
