leechlake
looks like fish, colored noodles or the pasta of your choosing and a thicker chunky pasta sauce. I'd add extra garlic to the sauce and a little sugar to cut that over tangy sauce most have. That and the "beer of the day" and I'd guess I'm close eye guy
eyeguy 54
Ended up being Bass Hotdish. Here's what I did. Cut up a couple pounds of bass in one inch or so pieces Cover with water, bring to boil then down to simmer, 15 minutes. Set aside.(drain before adding to crock pot) 1 1/2 cup celery 2 garlic cloves 1 medium onion All chopped up and into pan with about 1/4 cup olive oil. get hot then simmer to tenderize a little. About 10 to 12 oz of pasta,I used half rainbow and half wheat cuz thats all I had. boil about 8 minutes and drain. After the veggies are a bit tender, add 1 can tomato soup and 1, 14oz can diced or chopped maters. mix up good and cook a bit. noodles into crock pot, fish into crock pot, mater mix into crock pot. stir nice and slow. I added just a little cajon powder and lemon pepper. Pretty much all cooked so on the keep warm setting was perfect for a couple hours. inhale
eyeguy 54
made it again. this time added the 3 cups of stock from boiling the fish so it would be stew instead of hotdish. Really smells good in here!
