Also, for all you that vehemently supported Ward, the toxicology reports came back and he was under the influence of Marijuana!!!

May he rest in peace, but ultimate lesson learned here.

So he was just walking up to Stewart to ask if he had any Doritos since his night was over. Now it all makes sense.

Sad ordeal for all involved no matter what happened. Now hopefully the Ward family does not sue Tony.

I think the family suing Stewart is close to a forgone conclusion.

Edit-I posted that before seeing the reports of Ward having pot in his system. That may be a game changer.
