Problems with Yetti

My tires are wearing bad on the outside edge. Like there is too much camber. It's the opposite of what you normally would see on a fish house (when the tires lean in from a bent axle)

Can this be repaired and aligned?

I also had a leaf spring snap on me the other day. There are three leafs on each side, the bottom one broke in half and fell apart...... now the shack sit's un-level. I emailed Yetti recently and am awaiting a response.

They don't have a phone # listed on the HSOforum?????...........

It's a 2012 that I bought used from a private party. Anybody ever have a problem like this?

Sorry to hear about your issue, but I have a Yetti, 2nd winter and have not seen, had a issue. Did you contact Voyager? I believe that is the mfg name that make the shells. I wonder if the previous owner overload it or something else that has caused the issue??? Good luck resolving...

This is interesting, our house has the same issue, it to is a 2012 model. I thought it might was because it wasn't finished meaning it had not enough weight in it to compensate or level it out. I will be keeping a closer eye on it. Here is Voyager's number 320-834-4940, they aren't real good at returning phone calls, so keep calling.

Yetti called back today.

A+ on their customer service. They had a problem with some of the shackles in 2012 causing the leaf springs to seperate and break. She said two new complete sets of springs will be at my door in the morning. They would install them for free if I brought the shack to them, but I would rather just do it at home.

As for the tire wear, they took responsibilty for that too. She said some of the shacks had too much camber (figured in for weight). She said bring it in anytime and they will fix it the same day free of charge.

I was expecting to pay for all of this out of pocket since it was a used shack.

Sounds like they have these bugs worked out now, and are obviously doing an outstanding job with any issues. I honestly think if I asked, they would put new tires on it and pick up/deliver. But I'm more than happy with what they are already doing about it.

Never in my life have I seen a company stand behind a used/2nd owner product like Yetti is. They are outstanding!!
