TomWehler
Other teams Scouts have Big K figured out.Yeo also in many ways.On his knees so go high an shoot fast. BINGO.Bryz is a top 20 goalie, gave Wild a shut out week ago when teams helps out, Tonight he got zero help.Coach Yeo seems afraid to teach or coach kids how to adjust an create on the fly away from game plan.He is not to good at that...adjusting on the fly either.Kind of stubborn with his game plans but that can hurt an help, so with younger guys who knows.Cant give up 5 at home at this time.Enjoyed the game.Fight could have been fun if Mcormick dude wanted to play. Instead pouts.I know I aint part of the party here so I disappear now.Have at it.Keep on rocken!Tommy
archerystud
Won't say Big K was great but had no support. Offense dominates early but can't score. First goal could have been tipped or screened not sure on that one. Second goal Spurg coughs it up in slot, D fault. Third goal he was completely screened.Got kind of frustrated at that point and quit watching.I still play and if a goalie squares up to you there are 3 spots to shoot on every goalie (since the pads have gotten so big). Top right, Top Left and Five hole.
Bear55
Frustrating game, on to the next one. Need some points tonight!
bbfenatic
Hopefully Blues consider who they are playing tonight and rest half their team Should have picked up a better goalie when we had the chance....but nice to see Coyle and Nino with some great snipes. Bear55
Jaroslav Halak, G & 2015 3rd-round pick to WashingtonMichal Neuvirth, G Rostislav Klesla, D went to BuffaloNot really sure what it would have cost us.
archerystud
Keumper was playing great around the trade dead line so I was glad the Wild didn't make any BIG moves. I will agree he hasn't been playing great but he isn't getting any help lately either. I hate to pick on Spurgeon but for the second night in a row he has a terrible give away that leads to a short-handed goal. Can't blame the big K on that one.Sure aren't helping the kids confidence......Down 2-0 already to the Blues after one. Well we'll see how they respond. Hester
I sure like watching Oshie play. So smooth out there and some of the best hands.
broodwich
Well it's quite obvious that the Wild just aren't there yet. They severely lack an identity. They are not tough, fast, skilled, or feared they are just a team with some good players that work hard but that's it. I hate to say it but the Wild are still a young franchise so they get no respect from the rest of the league. They need to earn respect by beating top teams in games that matter until then they are just a group of over achievers no matter what the payroll. Bear55
Well that was a beat down, Blues own us in just about every way possible. I have been impressed with Coyle lately, kid is coming around.
wormdunker
Heatley is a clown show. If he is not getting in hoers way, floundering all over the ice, he is dogging it on the back check. I think if you look close you can see him NOT impacting play on every goal.
OnAFly
The Wild might do better on the PP if they would make some sort of adjustments or come up with a new play. The D-D-Forward at the halfwall play is predictable. They know where you're going to shoot. They know where you're not going to shoot. I'm not sure Keumper is gonna rebound this year. He seems to be doing the same things that keep leading to the same goals. Sit low in the crease, give up hard snapsshots. Seems like he started doing this after he started giving up more rebounds a while ago. Maybe he's scared of sitting too high, giving up a rebound and then a tap in goal. What ever it is, I hope Mason is working with him on it. What he's doing now isn't working.,

Bear55
If we don't tank our way out of playoffs odds are good at this point phoenix passes us and we get the Blues in the first round. Yikes.Just a few stats for everyone to think about, goal differential.St Louis 238 164 +74 Wild 183 188 -5The best teams in the league are +40 or better, until we get around that number it will take some kind of magic run to sniff at a cup. With the goalie situation seemingly getting worse by the day this just isn't our year. I might have to call Fletcher at next years trade deadline and tell him not to make any moves, that seems to be when we start our slide.Huge game on Saturday! OnAFly
I have to think that if any competent veteran coach comes on the market this summer, Yeo will be gone. He just refuses to adjust. In game situations, game to game lineups, PP/PK units or even styles. He just does the same thing over and over hoping that it will turn around. Heatley needs to sitBrodz needs to sitWe can't play Suter 30+ minutes per nightThe only thing that got Ballard in the press box was injury.Leo has got to be blowing a gasket on a nearly nightly basis. Bear55
Can't argue with any of that Fly, Heatley has been tolerable at certain times this season while he is producing but if he isn't netting points he is utterly useless out there and really hurting the team. Brodz just needs to go to the 4th line and stay there, he is fine but not as a 3rd liner getting extra minutes. We need to ice our best lineup right now, not worry about the vets feelings. wormdunker
Too late of Suter. He is wore out. Since Olympics he has been a shell of his normal self. I think lesson learned has to be you cannot play a guy 28/30 minutes a game all season. They/he just seems to have nothing left. Once again look at all the goals scored, he is in the frame reading and floundering. Great player that has been played into the ground. schmitty3
They looked flat last night, but you gotta take into consideration that it was the back end of a back-to-back late in the season. Nobody seemed to have their legs under them. Huge game Saturday, I don't want to have to play St. Louis in the playoffs.

knoppers
I see lots of talk about who we are playing in the playoffs. really! I don't see how they can make the playoffs the way they are playing.the power play is powerless, and the penalty kill is terrible. we need harding back in nets, that's for sure.if we don't get 2 points from Arizona, we will not make the playoffs this year.
