Because I haven't had much opportunity for anything else lately.

I went out a couple evenings ago about 15 miles from here just looking for something to shoot. I drove by a slough, but the sun was on the wrong side. As I drove be a puddle on the other side of the road, a bunch of ducks erupted from it. I drove about a half mile further to turn around and head back home, and they were already back. I pulled over to the shoulder and they kept coming back to the puddle. This puddle was half the size of my back yard, but they sure liked it. After attempting flight shots from inside the car, I decided to get out and see what whould happen. Of course they all took off, but I just stood alongside the car and waited and they kept coming back. If I'd have had a shotgun I could have had dozens of ducks in my freezer by now. It was a blast. Ducks move fast, even when landing.
