B FISH N Tackle Plastics

I was just wondering how many of you have tried any of the B FISH N Tackle Plastics. The Pulse-R Paddle Tail really looks like a good bait for river fishing and pitching shallow water on lakes for walleyes. The Moxi looks interesting as well.

I know the in Depth outdoors guys were nailing the pig walleyes on paddle tail during their filming of the Rainy River segment.

Paddletails, both the 325's and 225's have worked for years up there, as well as the ringworms and Moxies....but, the Puls-R's....that, and the fact all the stars were aligned last year, made for a beatdown....lotta things worked...nothing worked better than the Puls-R's....They put alot of SD & ND walleyes in my boat last spring as well....really good triggering plastic...their Precision jigheads are worth every penny too...I have NO affiliation with them, just a fisherman that has had a lot of success with most of their products. K-grubs...they don't catch much whistle

btw, they will be shutting down operations for annual inventory check for a while later in March....date are on their site. I don't dare go there right now......I've got years worth of tackle from them....abought time I took a season off.

I actually just rewatched the IDO rainy vid this morning lol, just getting myself anxious for open water. I've never used this brand, but I use northland's mimic minows all summer long when casting. After watching that vid this morning I was actually wondering the same thing about B FISH N and will probably pick some up since they're very similar to mimic minnows and you can't have enough of them making a trip to ND. Early summer fishing in ND I don't think I've even considered using something else because there's no need when you're catching fish all day long. Seems like anywhere I take them they bring me success so I have nothing bad to say about paddle tail plastics yet!

I'm just getting into Mississippi River fishing and I've bought a bunch of their plastics and jigs for this spring. Haven't had any luck yet from shore, but I'm sure it will pick up. FYI, their Draggin Jigs are fantastic for snag free shore fishing. FYI for Metro people, Joe's Sporting Goods has a pretty good selection of their stuff and Cabela's in Rogers has some plastics and precision jigs.

I didn't fish them that much last year, but I did cast them out on a couple occassions of the dock. I got three fish to follow the Puls-R-Tail (2 18"+ walleyes and a nice smallmouth) but have yet to catch a fish on them. I plan on fishing them a lot more this year because I know how deadly they can be on the eyes.

A lot of baits are made famous during the annual spring run on the Rainy. grin

Personally I take that with a grain of salt since just about everything works up there.

Having said that, I use ringworms religiously and the confidence factor is off the chart when I have one tied on in the fall.

B-fishin-Tackle is a sponser for the IDO fishing shows and appear to be thier only bait, that being said they now have released a new vid filmed in late Feb on pool 4 using the same tackle.

Far from their only bait...and they were using Moxies on P4.....not Puls-R's...very different baits.

Oh, when you said "their only bait", I didn't know you were referring to a tackle company.

They use alot of different baits from BF'n, sure.....but then what Fishing program spokesperson / people don't?? IDO and BF'n have been around for years....not well known around these parts....yet, but I bet that changes.

BTW, I've caught a ton of fish on Lindy's too ; ).
