Watched basketball together and then had dinner...

Can you only imagine the stories they shared... crazy

http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/world/2013-03/01/c_132200822.htm

Quote:
PYONGYANG, March 1 (Xinhua) -- Former NBA star Dennis Rodman had an "amicable" dinner on Tursday with Kim Jong Un, top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) after they watched together a basketball game.

Quote:
The former Chicago Bulls' star said it was the greatest pleasure for him to meet with Kim and his wife for the first time for Americans, hoping the sports exchange would continue between the two countries, according to the KCNA.

Or watch Jersey Shore....that haircut looks awfully familiar.

Woah.

That's uncanny.

Honestly I can't say I have an opinion on this other than I was surprised to hear that North Koreans are apparently big fans of basketball.

Also sounds like there will be some kind of documentary done on this, which I'll be looking forward to. From a sociological perspective, NK is fascinating.

you'd be a fan of plenty of things if you were forced them by gun point

lol - just noticed the "silly me". That's not exactly what I originally typed. grin

What a great idea. kick back with a leader of a country that wants to nuke your home country. I say we leave that tool there and see if he's laughing in a week.

wash enough brains and you don't need a gun sir. To scratch that ich.

See what I did there?

I still don't get why my name shows up as "ichmesir" when my log in is "itchmesir"... People must think I'm a sausage eating kraut.. when really I'm a kraut eating pollack

TG... if you leave Rodman there you would have to leave the globetrotters there and while I'm sure the generals would love that... most of the states would have an issue with it.

Ich... that made me laugh out loud. (I never type LOL... personal reasons. Crud. I just typed it didn't I)

Though German and Polish sausages are both excellent. With kraut. especially at target field on a nice July night after a day of fly fishin for carp.

The Globetrotters can stay there too. They haven't been worth a $#$^ since the Gilligan's Island and Scoobey Doo days anyways.

Lies come from between the teeth of this "toughguy"

1) Scooby Doo days have, and always will be, referred to in the present tense.

2) The globtrotters are worth a lot. Quoth Ethan "Bubblegum" Tate: I thought you knew that algebra was all razzamatazz. A Globetrotter always saves the good algebra for the final minutes.

Ok I did a little Gilligan / Globetrotter research on Youtube and I take back my comments. The Globetrotters were never with a #$@%%$^. This is terrible.

Sorry if I hijacked this thread

Dante had to edit out his part of the inferno that goes over what happens to those that diss the globetrotters, scooby doo, and gilligans island in the same thread on the internets.

I heard rodman say KJU is a pretty rad guy. I laughed at that.

The state department wants nothing to do with this. With all the crud going on in washington I don't know why, at least there is a bit of humor in this situation.

Rodman could've went down as a true American hero if he just sacrificed himself and killed KJU right there on the spot! He no doubt would've been killed within seconds, but he would be remembered in the highest regards, much more so than anything he ever did on the basketball court.
