TR21HP
Fishersofmen, It's June 22nd so I have 20 weeks to go. 20 weeks of diet, lifting, cardio, posing ,eating 8 times a day and journaling everything. It's an NPC event so it's not tested so I expect to come against some not so natural competitors. As a lifetime natural athlete it is hard sometimes but I've done well in the past against them so we will see what type of shape I come in at. BartmanMN
I used to take creatin and protein shakes 8-9 years ago. Man could I drink beer when my body was holding all that water.
Hoffer
They make better Creatine now...so it doesnt hold the water. I for sure feel the difference when using it for lifting. However, dont forget to drinks LOTS of water with it!!

TurnUpTheFishing
I got sick of being the scrawny kid. I had tried on and off just doing things at home with no change in my diet and you can guess the results, zero. I finally got a gym membership figured out some good routines and learned that diet is the most important aspect when lifting. I went from 6' 140lbs to current weight of 178lbs with only a few percent jumps in body fat. Id love to be around 190 and a little leaner but that may be a few more years, noob gain days are over.
