Last night's show was priceless! Best one I've seen so far.

Silas tagging along behind Phil and Kay...for pretty much their whole lives! He even carved his initials next to theirs on their tree of love!

Then Phil refers to his brother Silas as a "Logic Vacuum"! That was perfect. I couldn't stop laughing.

There is obviously a lot of this show that's scripted, and set up, but these folks actually do it all pretty well.

The part that isn't scripted, and the part that I appreciate so much about this high-profile show, is the way they all honor their elders (even through a little teasing), and keep the Lord at the center of their lives. No compromise on this. It's a great example for American families everywhere.

Starting to get bored of this already they seem to be trying to hard now to be funny

This show get worse every season.

It is stage and fake, they do not even try to pretend it is staged.

Anyone see the episode where Will and Si go to the pizza place and Si won't leave until he gets enough prize tickets to win the purple ape? Unbelievably fake. Terrible.

In the same episode, the rest of Duck Commander go fishing on the judge's land. A CO confronts them and Phil runs. Again, fake.

I stopped watching. The only thing left to enjoy is Phil calling people yuppies.

DUH!!!!! of course it's staged! EVERYTHING on t.v. is staged. that doesn't make it less entertaining. if you don't like it, don't watch it. I knew a guy who hated the show because it was fake, but he wouldn't miss a night of wrestling! :-) I still enjoy the show and will continue to watch with my kids who also love it! too many people wwaayyyyyy over analyze everything. just sit down and enjoy the show if you so desire.

some people have nothing better to do than troll and complain about everything, i also enjoy the show, its entertaining, some people are probably just jealous they cant screw around all day and make millions, i also like they way they show great family values in the show.

One of the reasons i'll sit down and watch this with my daughter as well. It's hard to find family values on the kid's channels these days - Can't stand them.

if you watched the show and actually thought everything happens without it being set-up then I have a bridge to sell ya right on the ocean front property in Arizona!!! The thing is it is a good show about rednecks having fun and stressing the importance of family!!! Now what is wrong with that?

It is a good show and full of family values. Is it staged, yes it is, but like someone else said, every other show is too. The situations are staged but the talking is not. They are not reading off a script. I think the producers say you guys go do this and the rest is them. Phil's dry sense of humor is priceless.
