Where have you caught your large pike for the year? What river,lake, time of the year was it?

Mille Lac 2 years ago. The biggest pike that swim in MN are in there. Good regs and awesome forage = big pike!

Since my biggest pike for the year was a tie, both came on the same 11" jerkbait in about 10 FoW along a break just outside a weedline. One on Big V in late August and another in October on a Wisconsin Lake.

One on the big pond that was tagged woo hoo caught on a slop master on a rock pile, the other was on a lake near grand rapids on a dingo on a point near deep water

got a 23 pounder out of mille lacs through the ice in the late 80's which i mounted. good luck.

I believe he's just asking how big and where for the year of 2011. If that's the case, the biggest pike I got was this past december out of rush lake, with a creek chub under a tip up.

My biggest was on English River, ON. It was late in near the mouth of a creek. Leech has also produced some large pike in the fall for us.

Just after Ice out is the best time.
