Christmas Sunset

The family asked me to run out and take photos of the beautiful sunset tonight. I ran out in shorts and a t-shirt with a fleece jacket. It was still pretty warm out!

If anyone else captured this Christmas sunset, tack them on this post. I'd love to see them!

So, this is hand-held, while holding my breath during each shot after running across the yard to capture as much sunset as possible.

We were at my daughter's place in Brandon, S.D. last evening and saw it. It was definitely one that made you stop and stare. Nice capture.

Great colors and really nice job giving emphasis to the sky in the composition.

I did not photograph the sunset, but I was day dreaming about silhouetting a

rough legged hawk against those colors on my way home....

I was out shooting that sunset, haven't even looked at the camera yet to see what I got. I will try and get to it a post a shot if any turned out!
