Considering the weather we have had as of late, you should be very careful in your thinking about ice fishing. Going out on thin ice is not smart, nor worth the risks!

Im in Duluth/Superior and whatever little ice we had is gone.

I know quite a few lakes in the Alexandria area are being fished, as well as Aikin/Brainerd/McGregor and Grand Rapids.

I caught some nice crappies in the Richmond area, Ice was around 3-5 inches this weather took a beating on it today. It sure was nice getting the line wet but be carefull, areas that had 4 inches yesterday had around 3 today.
