pike doctor
Well, that was uttertly and completely pitiful. First and foremost, most of you know that I cant stand Tavaris, but you cant give him all the blame for this loss.1. We had 10 penalties most of them committed by the O-line2. The O-line might be the worst in the NFL. A. We have AP. Give him a small crease and he is gone. 14 carries 26 yds. B. Much like Farve TJ didnt have ANY time to throw. Spent most of the game on his back C. Sullivan, Bloehole, and McNothing have to go.3. The D-line- We allowed 2 one-hundred yard rushers and had one meaningless sack.4. Asher Allen. Enough said.5. A couple of bogus penalties (kick return) and a couple non calls.6. TJ is just plain dumb. 7. Childress was calling plays again tonight. Were are the role outs with a mobile QB? 8. Why isnt Webb on the field in the same role as a guy like Randel-el?9. WE ARE OLD AND SLOWPlain and simple we got our arses handed to us in the trenches AGAIN! I have been saying it since the NO game. No matter if we are on O or D our line is going backward and that is why were are losing.

harvey lee
Yes, a very poor performancer by the whole team.Jackson does not have it at all. He now knows what Favre has it like when there is no time to throw. We need some fixes and we are in trouble in the QS position.
fishersofmen
Well that was embarrassing. I say its all Frazier's fault.... Sure looked to me like this team quit on him. This team has many issues, obviously our problems go far beyond "Chili".
zepman
I disagree. Chilly put this team together and neglected what EVERYONE knew was our weakspot (o-line) heading into this season. We have a 40+ year old q-back who can't move and needs to be protected...we have arguably the best running back in the league who needs just a little push and a smaller crease to dominate every game he plays in yet we line up with a bunch of stiffs on the o-line and hope for the best. They rest of the mess was outlined very nicely in the first post.Detroit will be laughing and waving as they pass us by next year.
FISHINGURU
LOL, get over it fishingformen, Chili is gone now. We'll be right back in the mix if we do the right off season moves.

TUMBLEWEED
I'm just glad it was out of town. The smell of it would still be hanging around here!!!!!!
flipper
Favre picked a good time to retire. I honestly don't thing the result would have been much different if he had played, even without his latest injury. The whole team was totally flat, the offensive line sucked big time, and you can't really say the defense was stellar either. The Vikes staked everything on Favre and it will take several years to recover from that strategic error. zepman
Wrong. The Vikes staked everything on TJack and yes...it will take years to come out from beneath that.Favre was a result of the TJack blunder. The Rosenfels deal was a result of the TJack blunder.Numerous trades and draft pick losses and draft picks/non-picks were the result of the TJack blunder. Thanks Chilly........ FISHINGURU
Yep, as soon as we moved up in the 2nd round to take a 5th-6th round project QB to be our next franchise QB I knew it was a horrible mistake, hopefully we can just move on and find a decent QB in the offseason. If we can score a decent QB and improve the Oline we'll be alright on offense. The biggest hole on the defense side is the safety play. Nick Kuhn
That was probably the worst football game I have ever watched. And I've seen some pretty bad high school football.
bottomdweller
Not only is the safety position in question, but you better get some answers from a d line that gave no pressure and pretty much hasnt all year. They are supposed to have some big talent on that line, doesnt look like it to me. 2c
Comit 2
Oh come on! Not one play action pass! Not one! The line backers were crashing the line on all hand offs (along with the rest of the team). Play action puts an end to that and they don't use it. Dumbest play calling in years or T,Jack is incapable of possessing such complex actions. Ziggy wants the Giants to go on to the playoff. Comit 2
Can the Giants QB throw an out pattern? I think NOT!
FISHINGURU
I'd take my chances with Jared Allen and Kevin Williams turning it around before I take my chances with Madieu Williams and Husain Abdullah.
