I just returned from a couple days up at Zipple Bay Resort and I have to say I am impressed and felt I should say something.

Now I have been around to many resorts and marinas through the years and I was extremely impressed and pleased with Zipple Bay Resort. I had not been up there in many years and I was blown away by the nice docks, very plush monster sized cabins and the staff was first class. Nick the owner and the Charter boat captains where great, even the dock hand was a great guy to talk to. The food was good and fishing was fantastic. I had never been on a charter boat before and as a guide I was impressed with not only how knowledgeable the captains where but how smooth things went in 25 mph winds! Those guys handle a group of anglers, wind and the nightmare that downriggers can create with ease. All in all a great time and I can't say enough about that operation. I will definitely be back.

Yes Sir, the wife and I love to go over there to get their mushroom swiss burger. Great food and great service. Heck all we have to do is walk in the door and sit down and Perky is bringing us our beers.

I stayed in one of the log cabins and all I can say is wow great people and a nice quiet getaway.

Zipple Bay has come a long long ways since the days I used to go up there. Very nice cabins and docks now. Owners seem to take pride it what they are doing!
