Spiders

Recommended Posts

Spring has sprung, and the spiders have been out for at least a month. Here's an assorted set of spiders I have found this year. All are taken with my Panasonic FZ8 with the great Raynox DCR-150 and DCR-250 macro diopters. Each photo has more info with it, if you want to learn about the species.

Great shots, I'm a HUGE fan of jumping spiders. A very interesting thing to collect and observe as a kid.

The way a jumping spider cocks it's head and looks at you with those main two eyes, that little thing is thinking.....it's calculating. For a spider, they're cool.

(I'm not a fan of web spiders)
