Any broadhead you might use for deer will kill a turkey. However, I feel a large diameter mechanical head is your best bet. Leaving the arrow in the bird (as opposed to a complete pass through) is a huge advantage. They have a harder time running or flying with the arrow still in them, plus I have found more than a couple that were hiding in a brushpile or tall grass because of the bright fletching.

At 58lbs, you're getting to be on the low side of shooting a big mechanical. I've seen multiple arrows bounce off birds before due to low poundage setups. I'd stick to either a fixed blade broadhead or a rear deployment mechanical such as the Tekan or Rage 40KE types. You could go with a Guillotine or Bullhead as well. The most important thing with turkeys is shot placement. Hit them in the right spot with any sharp broadhead and you'll be amazed how fast they do down. Practice & be confident in your setup and you'll be just fine.
