Ice Line ?

I've been using mostly Berkley Micro-Ice 3# Red or 4# Blue.

Tried a spool of Stren Ice Hi-Vis Gold in 2# test. Seems like a nice limp line. I am amazed at the visibility of this stuff (more yellow than gold). Can the fish see it as well as I can? Who-Doo!

WOW - is Stren so unpopular that no one uses it, or is it the Hi-Vis Gold? Anybody use this stuff?

I DID use the gold for soft water walleye fishing..but..I could see it cut down through the water when the light was right and I was jigging, so I figured fish could, too. Went back to the Stren original/blue, which I use in 4lb for ice. Little memory or rolls..nice & limp. I like it.

been using the micro ice from fireline and i am really liking it. although i have not been outside of the portable braids usually ice up really bad.

I've been using Trilene Micro Ice for the past few years but recently switched to Cajun Red Ice line (2#) on a couple of rigs and also spooled a couple with PowerPro Ice braided line in 1# test. I like the PowerPro with heavier jigging spoons but it doesn't seem to work as well with light jigs.

in the past always use trilene XL, this yeard spooned with fireline crystal, not sure how well its going to work.
