Gray day in the Harbor

Went out looking for things to shoot on such a gray day but the birds were not all that cooperative but found what I thought were some interesting shots.

Bridge shot is great, I like that area, strong reflection and limited color scheme (nearly black and white), makes for a visually compelling image.

Thanks for all the very nice comments. I was driving by and thought I really should take a picture or two just because everything looked like a B & W photo. The old bridge that used to cross the harbor is now a fishing pier and a great vantage point to get a shot of a ship at a great angle.

Great pictures, when we were flying out of omaha today, we flew over the missouri and there is a bridge that is similar to the one in the picture. as we went over it clearly was only over half the water but after looking closer the other half was sitting along the bank as if it were some type of draw bridge. very interesting, great pictures again.
