Fantasy WR advice needed

I'm in a PPR league. We are only allowed 3 receivers and must play 2 each week. With the playoffs starting week 13, my receivers are Marques Colston, Calvin Johnson and Sidney Rice. Someone just waived Anquan Boldin. Should I drop one of my receivers and pick up Boldin???

I can't make up my mind here!

I wouldn't. He gets hurt all the time now and his production isn't what it used to be. You have a pretty solid WR's. IMHO Colston is a must start every week.

You may be right. I'm sure the guy waived Boldin because he got tired of waiting for him to get healthy.... but he is just getting healthy now and he can be a BEAST when he's healthy. Boldin also has the easiest schedule of the 4 during the playoff (weeks 14-16). Agree on Colston!

I have Marques Colston and I started him every week. thats a no brainer. Brett seems to have quite the relationship with Sidney Rice going, those would be my two pics.

boldin is back to 100%, and if there going to key on Fitz, Bolding might be lights out!

Would you drop Sidney Rice or Calvin Johnson to get Boldin ? I'm a big Megatron fan, but he's been banged up and Stafford has been terrible. Ric's 2 huge games were against Baltimore and the Steelers. I don't see any dominating 3-4 defenses like that the rest of the way.

In the playoffs Boldin will play 3 straight games against bottom 10 defenses.

To me Colston and Rice are the definite keepers. Its just whether you think Boldon or Johnson are going to have the better second half of the season.

You'd be dropping a #1 for a #2. I'm never a fan of that, even if it is Boldon. I think you look good with what you've got now. Stick with the guns.

absolutely not. You gotta hang onto Johnson. He's been hurt and so has his QB. He's THE man in that offense, Boldin has done squat this year.

If anything, ride Rice this week playing the Lions, then drop him for Boldin, but I think you're pretty good for now

johnson is overated...yeah he has skills and should be doing this and that but he's on one of the worst teams in the nfl with a rookie qb...either that or stinkpepper....for where you draft him he has been a total bust...same with boldin.

What does the rest of your team look like? Do you have a rb that's riding your bench that you know you won't be using? Do you have more than one kicker or dst? Boldin has the potential to be a beast in a pass heavy offense, especially in a PPR league, along with a nice playoff schedule, he surely shouldn't be dropped. I wouldn't get rid of any of your recievers for him, maybe somebody else though. I'd find a way to get him on my team.. even if you don't use him you'll prevent somebody else from getting him. It would suck to pass on him and have to go against him in the playoffs.
