Fun in the mountains

We just returned from visiting friends in Big Sky, MT. What a beautiful part of the country. We also took the opportunity to visit Yellowstone - it sure is a different park at this time of the year!

It was -1 when we arrived at the park last Thursday morning -

This guy was AWESOME!!!! Lousy picture, I was trying to manual focus & handhold my 100-400 mm with the 1.4 converter(!!)

Did not really want to see the snow but all of the shots show what a beautiful place you were lucky enough to visit and capture some great shots. #2 is very nice as well as the waterfall shot.

Ethereal, yes, good adjective for the second image, very moody and immediately drew me in, great shot. Nice collection overall from a storytelling perspective.
