I believe GM carries Mora hand augers. I think Fleet does too.

This is a hand auger made by Mora of sweden that I'm looking for, not the Mora hand auger sold by Strikemaster. Obviously from the video, you can see there is some cross product type thing going on - what's the deal with those goofy short toothpick fishing poles?!

I've only been able to find a place that offers the 110mm for sale, that's less than 4.5". I want a 160mm with folding handle. I sent Mora an email, haven't gotten a reply yet.

hi, I too have been searching endlessly for one of these since November. I also sent Mora of Sweden a lengthy email asking for more info on these augers, or a list of Skandanavian dealers. I found some places in Sweden and Finland who have them online. I can translate the info through google translator tool bar, but I can't buy it from them. I'm still trying to get my hands on one of these novas, they are really sweet. Mora didnt email me back either unfortunately... you said you found a place that offered the 110mm??? Thats the size I want to get for perch fishing. Where is it that you can get one of those???

I read something about these quite a few years ago and yes they supposedly can give the Nils and Finbores a run . If I recall right they were around 200 bucks or more . For that they better be top shelf .

I finally did hear back from Mora last month, however, can't seem to find that email. They basically said that it isn't available in the US, but they could help me get one if I wanted. I decided it wasn't the best idea since it'd probably wind up being an even bigger pain getting a replacement blade.
