I'm sure Cecil will chime in soon. I talked to him on the phone last night. Probably taking his computer a long time to download those hog basses.. If I remember right, he said he had 27+lbs for the 6 fish.. Yikes..

I'm here, just have to get time to post pics on a busy Monday. I think we had 6 for 27.25 big fish was 6.02. 2nd and 3rd had around 12.5 pounds, sounds like bite was a little tough, we just got on em early.

Wow...what a stringer of fish. Congrats on the win Cecil. Now im really upset i had to miss it just to go back to SD :| Maybe next year!

Ok now Cecil.. Now do tell how you managed to pound that stack of fish.

Every good fish we caught (over 3 pounds) was towards the edge of the foil. Only a couple were on the actual edge, but they were about 5-10' into the weeds. There was a thick edge on the foil and then it tapered down to the actual edge, they seemed to be cruising that thinner area. Bait of choice was a prototype Oukast craw tube in black blue. Pegged 1/2 oz sinker and 50lb braid.
