hot tip for cold hands

When fishing in cold weather. Take a ice cream bucket, start your engine and let it heat up. Place the bucket under the spray outlet. Fill it up. Place hands in bucket to warm them up. Dry with towel. Now you got warm hands!!!!!!

Not sure I'd want to do that. Water shouldn't be coming through there that warm, plus it may have a scent of exhaust/gas on it if you're running a 2 stroke. Now you've got wet hands that smell like gas, that are a bit warmer than when you started.

I'll opt for a pair of gloves. But, to each their own.

Gloves can be wet. Even your extra pairs. When your hands are really cold with no motor or ice cream bucket pe-e in a pop can. It is heaven. You will get about 5 min. of warmth. If you have no pop can you can still warm your hands up. I would go for the gloves too. Sometimes things go bad. At that point scent does not matter. Great tip before the motor freezes up.
