Nope. I still have almost 9 years to go for the card but people at work said that the AARP card was the part about turning 50 that bothered them. Until the Viagra promotions starting showing up in the mail anyway.

So here is what happened on the first day after turning 50.

I went to the Sox game vs the A's because it was 50% ticket night. Then the Sox proceeded to win the game to make their season total 25-25 which was their 50th game. The way they won the game was a home run by Jim Thome and guess what number home run it was for him....Five Hundred and 50!

I guess life is just a bunch of 50/50 moments! Thanks guys for all the good wishes and good natured ribbing on my Golden birthday.
