Doop Posted May 3, 2009 Share Posted May 3, 2009 Made this and will definitely DO IT AGAIN! 5 eggs beaten spread out over a hot skillet Coated heavily with salt and pepper Once the eggs set up...mix together chilli and smoked brisket. Plop that down onto the omlette. Throw onions and jalapenos over that. Then I added a little sour cream and 3 strips of bacon on that. Tried to fold the omlette up.
