Omlette

Made this and will definitely DO IT AGAIN!

5 eggs beaten spread out over a hot skillet

Coated heavily with salt and pepper

Once the eggs set up...mix together chilli and smoked brisket.

Plop that down onto the omlette. Throw onions and jalapenos over that.

Then I added a little sour cream and 3 strips of bacon on that.

Tried to fold the omlette up. Put salsa on top of that and finally added some Butt Burning Hot Sauce. Best omlette I've ever eaten!

I live down here....but definitely don't consider myself a Texan.......born and raised in the midwest.....can't wait to move back home. This state wears me out!

Pro V....there would no invitation necessary! I love cooking for others. I could even get to my first Huskers game at Memorial!

We are outta this blasted state in a year or two....I can't wait!
