chester taylor would fill in fine for a few games, but if AP goes down for the year, we are in trouble even with favre, I also agree that the line is a question mark, but the lions won't be good for a couple more years imo

With Favre in purple, they definitely have the best chance of winning the division and advancing in the playoffs. Without him...who knows? It looks like GB, Chicago and Detroit have QB's for the future. The future is now for Favre and the Vikings.

This IS Lmitout's season; pestering others on their hope/enthusiam for the upcoming season. Me thinks he was one who piled all his Viking gear/merchandise, including the purple pajamas, on the driveway and burnt them after the '98 playoff loss; the aftershocks can still be felt in his posts .

Is the Vikings' front office selling "hope" already? I thought it was only for single games (not including the Bears and Packers' games) unless you wanted tickets for season "hope".

If I had burned my gear in '98 at least I was one of few that came to the conclusion that going forward was a waste of time and that it was time to end it then instead of relying on "hope" every year. How far has that got you in the last ten years?
