Wow! I didn't realize that Three Mile Island was open for fishing.

This rock bass had a foot of line hanging out of its mouth tied to a hook coming out the other end. Somehow it passed the hook through its system.

Make that 2 and a million! got this LMB this winter with a similiar problem with a bigger hook!

Caught this bubblehead pike on opener a few years back

white sucker with some weird growh coming out of its left eye, this year

carp with a deformed gill plate, this year

carp with a weird growth along its mouth, last year

carp missing part of its dorsal fin, last year

carp with a deformed mouth 2 years ago

blockhead carp, 2 years ago

carp with a stub on its fin... 2 years ago

all these fish were caught from THE SAME lake!

Must be some chemicals in that lake for those fish to look that deformed. I guess I would not want to even touch them.

Was out fishing yesterday and caught two bullhead with one hook. One bit, and I started reeling it in, then it felt like it got wrapped around a tree or something. Finally I got sick of it and was trying to break my line, and it let go. Turned out I snagged someone else's broken line. When I reeled it up, I had the one I caught, then another one that had been stuck on a hook for who knows how long.

I caught the one on the left.
