Homemade Tartar-sauce

Real simple, and maybe not your cup o' tea. This is what we have used lately, especially for but not limited to fish tacos:

Put desired amount of HELLMANS mayo (no M Whip for us EVER) in a bowl

Add Lime juice to taste, and stir (I like it real lime-y)

If it's too thick, add milk to reach desired consistency (We like it pourable)

Pour onto fish or onto fish tacos. (softshells, diced cabbage, shredded cheddar, salsa, fried fish, and mentioned sauce)

Won't go back to store-bought tartar again.
