My first Cardinal of '09

While it was snowing on Friday, I headed over to Birdsong's yard, to check out her feeders. She always says that they are much more active during inclement weather. I sat in my blind for a little over a half hour, and came away with a couple shots. this is the only situation in where I'll use a tripod, so of course, I forgot to turn IS off.

Saw one last week as well in Duluth but the bird would not sit still for more that 2 seconds and I never got a good picture.
