OK let's pick our champion for 209> not in the fantasy league(Double D) is favorite there In my opinion it's going to be a driver-not money-thats going to win. Someone young and hungry for the championship who has been badmouthed by nearly everyone. Someone who has to win or be fired-Well money will be part of it. K. Busch > J. McMurray. I think with the ban on testing it will most definitely be the big-money teams having the most success. Hendrick was testing the COT like crazy a couple years back with other drivers at various tracks and the results spoke for themselves.

The champion this year is going go to someone who is not afraid to drive the wheels off of the car. The cot has proven itself to be difficult to drive and requires alot from the driver. I Gotta Go with Carl Edwards, I think he leared alot last year about making mistakes and the guy can flat out win races. He is the front runner for the championship in my opinion. I believe he may have won last year if he wouldn't have that mechanical failure in the chase.

I have to agree with Johnsonator. I don't know if you can specifically look at one race, but it was very uncharacteristic of Carl to do what he did at Telladega. A decent finish in that one race and we could have been looking at a different champ.
