snoozebutton
I was wondering about you guys still using your boats if you're worried about your motor freezing up. And would a 4-stroke be more prone to freeze up than a 2 stroke?I would've liked to have kept mine out longer but it's new and I didn't want to risk it. wplatehunter
I don't think that a 4-stroke would freeze up faster than a 2-stroke. I have used my duck boat right up to the day the lake froze over and never had a problem. The main thing is to drain the water out of the motor after you leave the lake. snoozebutton
I guess I didn't word that right. What I meant was would a 4 stroke hold water more so than a 2 stroke. And would just dropping the motor all the way down drain out all the water or would I need to do something else?
