I think you need to go about an hour straight west of Annandale...

Went out Sat. morning for a couple hours only caught 1-18" largemouth. Lake was 50 degrees and starting to turnover.

Only managed a 17"er and 18"er myself on Saturday before being blown off the lake in my canoe. A couple more trips with the real boat, than it's shorebound time till I can walk on water.

Sorry for the late reply, I just got back from Dakota duck/goose hunting (very fun!). Bassman- the lake is in the monticello area.
